Sansavino is an Italian restaurant working exclusively with fresh, seasonal, quality produce that tastes great!
Their small vegetable and fruit producers are local (organic and sustainable).
The chef is a fisherman himself, which is why he carefully selects every fish he orders from the wholesalers (Mediterranean to Atlantic).
Meat comes exclusively from the Lozère region. Products are carefully selected from different regions of Italy.
