Formerly noble by birth’s house, today it’s a hotel restaurant, being a part of the best tables of the Gers. Michèle Consolaro and her daughters suggest you coming to taste some Gascon gastronomy’s delights, concocted by Charlotte. Gascon products’s wealth allows her to realize a board (menus) which looks like her: greedy, feminine and full of gaiety.
