– Our oysters are farmed in the Etang de Thau, n° 2&3 (direct from the producer)
– Our shrimps are of the finest caliber and accompanied by a well-balanced aioli.

– La 5 à Sète: Tielle from Maison Dassé
– La Goud’algue: Salad with salicornia, cherry tomatoes and Mozza balls
