Brasserie Le Cartel is the brainchild of the Poujol family, well known in the region and particularly in the world of Camargue bouvine through Hadrien Poujol, a former raseteur.
Originally from Vauvert, Hadrien wanted to bring a new and unique concept to his town.
Le Cartel offers modern, authentic cuisine using fresh, local produce from short distances, less than 15km away.
