The FORGE DE LAGUIOLE company was created to bring the Laguiole knife back to life in its birth place. The ENTREPRISE DU PATRIMOINE VIVANT (Living Heritage Company) label is a real reference to this. Here, each model is hand assembled, adjusted and finished. Great names are involved in our knife making: Philippe Starck, Ora Ïto, Andrée Putman, Hermès, Sonia Rykiel, … great chefs such as Michel Bras and Anne-Sophie Pic dress their tables with them. The Forge de Laguiole can be visited in its entirety every day.
