Set in the Gaillacois plain with its thousand-year-old vineyards, this rental is in a peaceful country setting. Backing onto the owner’s house, it has independent access and shares the swimming pool with the occupants of a second property.
Ground floor: 29 m2 fitted kitchen (microwave, freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher), dining area and lounge (TV, stereo, video), WC.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), shower room + WC). Separate WC. All bedrooms (7.8 – 9.9 and 14.5 m2) have telephone and TV sockets. Linen hire. Electric heating. Wifi internet access.
Outside: extensive grounds of approx. 10,000 m2 with plenty of shade, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, carport. Shared with another rental property: covered swimming pool (11 m x 5 m max depth 1.80 m) (open from 1/04 to 30/10) surrounded by a low wall, solarium, table tennis.
