Far from the tourist agitation, the Grange de Holle is a real haven of peace. Refuge of the French Alpine Club, capacity of 62 places, located at 1.5 km of the village of Gavarnie (access by car) on the road of the Col des Tentes. Quiet and restful place. In an old sheepfold, the chalet has a convivial dining room, a fireplace, a sunny terrace and large spaces around for the children. For training courses, a meeting room can accommodate up to 30 people. Traditional cuisine. Possibility of free management. 15mn walk from the shops (footpath to the village). Close to many hiking trails. Advice on walks from Philippe, the caretaker. Dormitories from 1 to 12 beds. Bivouac possible. Sanitary blocks on each floor. .
