Ground floor: living room/kitchen area 1st floor: 1 room. (2 single beds), toilet, TV., electric heating, beds made up, cleaning at the end of the stay, possibility to rent towels. Terrace (11m²), garden furniture, barbecue, commun fenced swimming pool (14×7 m), (opening at the beginning of June/end of September), parking at 50 m. 2 other gîtes on the estate. Surface area : 41 m². TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, massif of Caroux and the Espinouse Mountains. On the spot hiking GR 7 at 3 km, concerts at the Priory of St Julien, orchards (cherry trees), vineyards, Olargues, classified village. Gorges d’Héric, mountain biking, canoeing, canyoning, Roquebrun, Vieussan, lakes (Laouzas, Raviège, Saut de Vésolles), in October, chestnut festival in St Pons de Thomières
