This pretty barn, recently renovated in the Pyrenean style in 2014, is located in the village of Antignac, only 2 km from Luchon and 5 km from the town center. It has been renovated preserving traditional materials, exposed stone and wood. The decoration was carried out in a spirit “mountain”, warm and functional at the same time.
You will have access to a terrace full South and its mineral garden very contemporary, closed and private rental. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The barn is composed as follows:
On the ground floor: independent entrance, large and beautiful living room including the fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful dining area, and a spacious living room with a large wood stove
On the 1st floor: 3 independent bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a 140cm bed and the third with two 90cm bunk beds, bathroom with corner bath, separate WC.
On the 2nd floor: 2 rooms the first opened on the staircase with a bed in 140, the second communicating with the first with two beds in 90, room of water with annexed WC and closed.
It has all modern comforts: flat screen television (Orange reception by satellite) broadband internet, dishwasher, vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and microwave oven, raclette machine for 10 people. Baby equipment available (beds and high chair).
