Situated on an “island” of more than 600 ha formerly used for sugar beet cultivation, the Domaine des Escouanes is a property of more than one hectare. Gîte fitted out in an old bread oven converted at the beginning of the 19th century into a chick house. On the same estate, 2 other gîtes (GR1918V and GR1993V) can be rented together for a capacity of 25 people, as well as 2 apartments with a beautiful swimming pool to share. Gîte sur 2 niveaux. Au RDC: séjour avec coin cuisine équipé (micro-ondes, gazinière, refrig/congélateur, lave-linge), une chbre (1lit 140), salle d’eau + wc. A l’étage : mezzanine (1 lit 140, 1 lit d’appoint en 90). Chauffage électrique. A l’extérieur un barbecue et un salon de jardin.
