All rooms are air-conditioned.

Outside, a large enclosed pool-house, which can be partly opened thanks to a bioclimatic pergola, with a large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a very large table, 1 separate toilet with washing machine.

Enclosed grounds of 3500 m2 with electrically-operated gate, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, parking, ping-pong table, pétanque court.
Enclosed private swimming pool (10.5 x 5.5 m – depth 1.10 to 2.30 m), open from April to October, weather permitting.

Take advantage of the large fenced-in swimming pool, hammocks, small garden tables in the shade of olive trees, petanque court, ping-pong table and large table for group meals in the fully enclosed pool house, which can open onto the garden thanks to its bioclimatic pergola.

The house, designed and equipped for the comfort of holidaymakers, offers bedrooms for 1 to 4 people, shower rooms and WCs on each level, as well as 2 large kitchens. Situated at the foot of the characterful village of Vézénobres, not far from Nîmes, this is an ideal location for exploring the treasures between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean.

Don’t miss the Maison de la Figue (2 km away), the markets of Uzès, Barjac or Sommières, the Bamboo plantation of Anduze, the Pont du Gard site, or the entertainment offered by the town of Alès.
