Completely renovated apartment in the heart of Old Alby, a medieval district listed as a World Heritage Site, on one of the many typical, narrow streets lined with medieval houses, where shops occupy old stalls that add to the charm of this neighborhood.
The facades have been restored, and the street has been landscaped with artistically arranged cobblestones and underfloor lighting.

Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum are just a few meters away (a one-minute walk). Shops and restaurants enliven the neighboring streets. Place du Vigan and the Cordeliers Theater are a 5-minute walk away. The highly desirable covered market is 350 meters away.
