In a peaceful hamlet close to Prades sur Vernazobre, surrounded by vineyards, a recent 120 sq metres villa with 4 rooms, a terrace, a garden with a beautiful view and private parking. The house comprises a large kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom (with 2 showers), 2 WC. Several possibilities : overnight stay, or weekly stay, possibility to dine on site, or bed and breakfast in a kota (around the fire in winter), with aperitif in the evening. For overnight stays, you will be provided with : slippers, towels, toiletries. For weekly stays, a welcome aperitif will be offered by the host, who live on the same plot of land. Mountain bike tails and hikes nearby.
