This flat deserves its name “7th Heaven”.

Citybreak flat on the 7th and top floor with lift of the Résidence Parc Avril, in the centre of Albi, on the right bank of the river Tarn. Recently renovated, air-conditioned and very bright, it offers a 360° aerial view of the city, the old quarters and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
At the foot of the residence, the traditional La Madeleine market is held every Saturday morning. You’ll also find all the usual shops, small restaurants and public transport.

The entrance hall leads to a large living room, with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge leading onto a large balcony. Two bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the Tarn and the town, the other overlooking the Albigensian hills. Shower room with walk-in shower, separate wc. Air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels provided, cleaning service at end of stay included. Breakfast kit provided.
Free parking at the foot of the building. Minimum booking 4 nights.

Ideally located, it overlooks the Episcopal City, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2010, and offers a unique panoramic view of the city. From the balcony, you’ll be enchanted by the cityscape’s exceptional architectural and historical wealth.
All you have to do is cross the Pont Neuf on foot and you’ll be in the historic heart of the city. Here you can admire the imposing fortified cathedral of Sainte Cécile, discover the Palais de la Berbie, home to the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, and explore the narrow streets and small squares that are particularly charming in any season. There’s so much more to discover in this ancient city.
The town also hosts a number of major events, including the Pause Guitare festival, which is within walking distance of the flat, the motor racing circuit, international sporting events and various trade fairs.
