Family-owned for 35 years, Domaine de la Condamine de l’Evêque is located not far from Pézenas, on the edge of the medieval village of Nézignan-l’Evêque. It’s a beautiful wine-growing terroir of Villafranchian terraces and shell limestone, producing AOC Languedoc and Picpoul de Pinet wines.

When the estate was acquired, it was completely replanted, with a wide variety of both white and red grape varieties. It was the first place in the region to introduce Viognier, a white grape variety from the northern Rhône Valley.
