You’ll love this brand-new vacation rental, located at the end of the road, on the edge of a wood where your children can set off on their own adventures. The terrace and pool are beautiful, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Tarn.
It’s ideally located as a base for exploring beautiful villages such as Lautrec and Sorèze, the Gaillac vineyards, and the Montagne Noire.

This single-story vacation rental is brand-new—renovations have just been completed—and you’ll be the first guests to stay here this summer.

– 25m² wooden deck overlooking the pool, equipped with a 12-seat garden table and 4 lounge chairs,
– another 18m² wooden deck opening onto the dining area with garden furniture, including a lounge chair,

– dining area (20 m²) furnished with a table and 12 chairs,
– living room (15 m²), XXL sofa, 140 cm TV, Chromecast,
– 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and vanity unit,
– utility room (8 m²) equipped with a washer and dryer,
– 2 separate toilets.

Bedroom Details
-1 bedroom for 5 people, with a 2-berth bunk bed (90×190) + a 3-berth bunk bed (1 bed at 90×190 and 1 at 140×190)
– 1 bedroom (12 m²) with a 160 x 200 bed, direct access to the park, and a walk-in closet. Private bathroom (4 m²).
– 2 bedrooms (12 m² each) with a 140 x 200 bed, direct access to the park, and a walk-in closet. Private bathroom (4 m²).

Sheets, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels provided; end-of-stay cleaning service included.

Shops are located 5 minutes from the cottage in Saint-Paul-Cap-de-Joux.
