Located at the foot of the Ardiden, this summit is named after Count Henry Russell, the first winner of this beautiful summit. This unguarded refuge was restored in October 1998 by young students from the “”Adriana”” agricultural and horticultural college of Tarbes and volunteers from the CAF of Tarbes. .
