In this stone house typical of the region, dating from before the French Revolution, the owners have arranged a small gite in what was an old wine cellar. Its proximity to the medieval village of Cordes-sur-Ciel, in the heart of the Albigensian fortified towns and the city of AlbiI, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, make it an ideal starting point to discover all these small hilltop villages rich in history. For the more sporty, the nearby Gorges of Aveyron allow the practice of water sports, as well as the GR 36 which crosses the Tarn from North to South. For younger guests, the Garissou leisure area in Cordes offers a swimming pool, water slides …

Semi-detached village house with lovely garden and private covered terrace, below the gîte. Ground floor: living room with open kitchen fully equipped, two bedrooms, bathroom, wc. One bedroom with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a trundle bed (possibility of twinning). Cellar with washing machine accessible from the ground floor or the outside. Electric heating and fireplace. Wifi, satellite TV, 3G + mobile phone service. Ping-pong. Railway station of Cordes-Vindrac 2 kms (destination Toulouse 1h). Extra charge: bed linen and towels hire, cleaning service at the end of the stay.
