In the 1st building, you will enjoy this beautiful, fully renovated stone house with, on the ground floor, an entrance hall giving access to a living room with lounge (2 3-seater sofas on either side of a wood-burning stove, 5 armchairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, Satellite TV), kitchen (fitted units LV, MO, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 ovens), dining room with large table and 16 chairs). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 180cm bed or 2 x 90cm beds that can be joined together, 2 bunk beds), 1 shower room shared by both bedrooms with WC. Large covered terrace with pizza oven and barbecue, table and chairs for 23 people.
Enclosed swimming pool (secure gate) 10 x 4 with shelter to extend the swimming season. Pretty grounds surrounding the gîte. Parking in front of the gîte and electric charging point. Secure bicycle shelter.
