Located 2 km from the train station, 3 km from Villefort and its shops, 5 km from the lake and its many activities, and 15 km from Mas de la Barque on the Mont Lozère plateau, it’s a paradise for nature lovers and those seeking a wide range of activities. An old irrigation basin is available for residents of the hamlet, offering a refreshing respite on hot summer days. Available for rent upon request, this house is quite unique: its luxury lies in its surroundings, but with a few compromises. The tap water comes from the nearby stream and spring, and there’s a 13-space parking lot for all the residents of the hamlet. Beyond the hamlet entrance, the surrounding area resembles hiking trails. A small farm is starting up on the property.
