We welcome you to our villa Le Gai Ruisseau, with a heated pool, located in a charming village in the Provençal Gard, just 25 minutes from Uzès.
Fully air-conditioned, the house accommodates up to 12 guests for a comfortable, fully equipped stay.

Le Gai Ruisseau is a warm and welcoming villa, ideal for family holidays or stays with friends. Recently renovated, it retains the charm of its original character, with stone walls and traditional terracotta tiles.

The house features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious, light-filled living area with a lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort in summer, and a wood-burning stove allows you to enjoy the house during the winter months as well.

Outside, the terrace opens onto a private swimming pool (8 × 4 m), heated during the mid-season. It’s the perfect place to enjoy long sunny days, dine outdoors, or relax after a day of exploring.

For families, a baby cot, baby bath, and high chair are available.
A ping-pong table is provided in the garden, and within walking distance you will find a football field, a pétanque court, and a free municipal tennis court.

The villa is located in the heart of the village of Cavillargues, with shops within walking distance. It is the perfect base to explore Uzès and its famous Provençal market, the Pont du Gard, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Gardon gorges, the Rhône Valley vineyards, and the cities of Nîmes and Avignon.
