The cottage is a standalone property located in a traditional rural hamlet in the Tarn countryside.
This charming cottage is housed in a 16th-century stone-and-brick farmhouse, surrounded by outbuildings, including a wine cellar and dovecote, an adobe barn, and a bread oven.
In this region known as the Pays de Cocagne (a traditional pastel-growing area), the architectural heritage is particularly rich. This family home, certified by the Fondation du Patrimoine, has just been painstakingly restored using traditional craftsmanship and local materials. You’ll appreciate the charm and warm atmosphere of the place, as well as the gentle landscape, nestled among hills and valleys, dotted with fields of wheat or sunflowers.

** THE COTTAGE **

Ground floor:
– large living room with half-timbered walls opening onto a well-equipped open-concept kitchen and dining room
– sitting area with a monumental fireplace made of bricks typical of the region (firewood provided)
– bathroom (shower) with toilet
– pantry/laundry room

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms:
– one with a double bed (160×200)
– a second with a 140×200 double bed
– the third, intended primarily for children, with two 90×190 single beds and two 90×190 bunk beds
– bathroom (shower + bathtub, double sink), toilet

Outside on the upper floor, a second covered terrace—a former tobacco drying shed—with sun loungers.
