A majestic alley of white pebbles, lined with ancient trees allows access to a magical place, out of time, where silence is king. In 1840, the Marquis de Mauléon, seduced by the beauty of the site, decided to settle in Lassalle in Gascony. Passionate about horses, he built a royal stable. This exceptional stable, abandoned at the beginning of the last century, has been tastefully restored by its current owner. Stone walls and exposed beams have been preserved and renovated to give charm and authenticity to this cottage. In an area of 160 ha, this cottage (125m 2 – ground floor + floor) invites you to share pleasant moments with family or friends, the time of a weekend or a longer stay. The private swimming pool (12 x 6m – depth: 1.3/1.7m – secured by a fence and cover), its vast terracotta terrace, and its covered pool house, await you for swimming, relaxing moments on sunbathing or ping pong games. Several walking or jogging routes.

Entrance, living room with a beautiful fireplace in function, dining room overlooking a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, view of the park, kitchen, pantry, separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 3 beds 90, 1 cot), bathroom, separate toilet. The pool is in use depending on weather conditions, generally from mid-June to mid-September. Outside this period, it may be in service if the weather permits and if maintenance work is not required.
