Situated on the Larroque organic wine estate, between Albi, Cordes sur Ciel and Gaillac, this 14-bed gîte has been renovated in keeping with the authenticity of this character building.
It offers a high standard of facilities and comfort.

The large terrace offers uninterrupted views over the countryside and a peaceful setting for relaxing moments.
Facilities: pergola, outdoor seating and plancha, table tennis on request.

The swimming pool is ideal for relaxing and having fun with family and friends.
Dimensions: 5m x 9m, 1.10 to 1.60m deep, secure, can be shared with the owner.

Inside, the large living area features a kitchen (fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave and oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine), a dining room (wood-burning stove) and a sitting area with TV. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own shower room and WC. On the ground floor, the Mandarine bedroom is suitable for people with reduced mobility. (140 cm bed). Upstairs, you’ll find : The Prune family room, which can accommodate a couple (160 cm bed) and two children (90 cm bunk beds).
The Dormitory has 2 large bunk beds, 140 cm for the lower beds and 90 cm for the upper beds. The Marine room has a 160 cm bed.
