Discover the great open spaces, stroll the paths and admire the Lot and Selve valleys. Relax in this spacious gîte that the commune of Florentin la Capelle have tastefully renovated in an agreeable stone house next to a second gîte and adjoining the church, typical of this region.

Our cottage, arranged on two levels, is part of a charming hamlet and adjoins a church and another cottage. It offers four comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and two with single beds (90 cm). You’ll find two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and a dishwasher, while the living room provides a relaxing space with a sofa, television, DVD player, and WiFi.

Complete heating is provided by an electric system. You can also enjoy a spacious 40 sqm terrace, a 350 sqm garden, and a 650 sqm private, albeit unfenced, plot. You’ll have access to a garden furniture set and a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor moments.
