The residence comprises 52 fully-equipped flats ranging from 37 to 68 m² (1 to 6 people), spread over 4 buildings.

The Carré de l’Ange gourmet restaurant is open all year round on the site of the Palais des Évêques in Saint-Lizier. You are free to go there, and half-board packages are available.
On site: departmental museum and Sède Cathedral.
In the village: numerous hiking and cycling trails, cinema, aquatic centre, equestrian centre, artists’ studios, etc.
In the region: outdoor activities: lakes, caves, swimming, rafting, canyoning. The mountain ranges are ideal for climbing, cycling, mountain biking and hiking. And let’s not forget the historical and cultural heritage of Saint-Lizier, a town of art and history, the Ars waterfall and Mont Valier.

Some of the accommodation is duplex.
– The 2-person flats offer a generous surface area of around 45m², divided between a sleeping area with a 180cm double bed, a sleeping area with a single bed and a living area with sofa. The living room opens onto a fitted kitchen area (small fridge, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. The flats have a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a shower or bath, and a separate or separate WC depending on the flat.
– The 4-person flats offer a generous surface area of around 50m², divided between a sleeping area with a 180 cm double bed, a sleeping area with a single bed and a living area with a sofa bed for 1 person OR a sleeping area with a 180 cm double bed, a sleeping area with bunk beds and a living area with a sofa bed OR a sleeping area with a 180 cm double bed and a living area with a sofa bed for 2 people. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area (small fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. The flats have a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a shower or bath, with or without separate WC depending on the flat. These categories are available in PRM (3 flats).
– The 6-person flats offer a generous surface area of around 55m². The historic character of the buildings means that there are a number of different configurations. On the first floor there is a double bed or a double bed + a single bed or 2 single beds. A sleeping area downstairs with a single bed or bunk beds. A living room with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. The total number of beds is always equal to 6 people. The living room opens onto a fitted kitchen area (small fridge, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. The flats have a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a shower or bath, and a separate or separate WC depending on the flat.
