The Mas des Justes aims to preserve the wine heritage of the Cevennes, to experiment with new, more virtuous methods of cultivation and to participate in the development and attractiveness of the Cevennes region.

The Mas des Justes, a wine estate classified as IGP Cévennes, covers 22 hectares of organic and biodynamic farming, including 13.5 hectares planted. The vineyard is divided into 6 different varieties of grapes. The Mas des Justes, since its creation, has had the ambition to work towards the emergence of a great Cévennes wine. The commitment to excellence in the implementation of bold and showcase environmental practices cannot be separated from a remarkable quality of wine. On the technical level, the work in progress is based on a strategy of new grape varieties, on the implementation of biodynamic methods and on the improvement of the measures and choices of wine making.
