Our commitments are ethical: environmentally-friendly viticulture, great care at every stage from the vine to the maturing of the wines, a constant focus on quality, happy vines harvested by hand, healthy grapes naturally expressing our wonderful terroir. We cultivate this difference that leaves no one indifferent, with small plots, small yields, small cuvées … and a lot of work for your greatest pleasure. Nestled in the Montoulieu valley, at the foot of the Grotte des Demoiselles, the domaine is 35 km from Montpellier. The Montoulieu valley is nicknamed the valley of extremes, the little Siberia.
