In the heart of the Pézenas wine region, Domaine Daurion cultivates nearly 60 hectares of organic vines on volcanic soils. Tours, tastings and wine tourism experiences invite you to discover elegant, authentic and socially responsible wines.

In the heart of the Hérault, in Caux, Domaine Daurion invites you to discover a wine-growing region steeped in history, shaped by the volcanic soils of Pézenas and the surrounding Mediterranean landscape. Vineyards, olive trees and holm oaks make up a well-preserved environment where nature plays a vital role.

For several generations, the Collet family has kept this wine-growing heritage alive, driven by a desire to preserve the terroir and bring out the full character of its wines. Committed to organic farming since 2020, the estate cultivates plots with varied soils – ranging from basalt to clay-limestone and alluvial soils – giving each cuvée a unique expression of the region.

Domaine Daurion also welcomes visitors through a range of wine tourism experiences. Tours, tastings and explorations of the vineyard offer the chance to share the estate’s history, understand its expertise and discover the wines in their natural setting. A welcome respite in the heart of the Occitan vineyards, where wine, nature, heritage and the Mediterranean way of life come together.
