From Carcassonne , you cycle towards Cabardès before reaching the small winding roads of Minervois . The border is almost imperceptible… but you are now in the heart of the St Chinianais vineyard . The backdrop is superb: the Caroux and its steep relief while the banks of the Orb are welcoming. How good it is in Roquebrun! The course guides you towards the Faugérois with its schistous soil and its vines following the contour lines, a feast for the eye … The Grand Site du Lac du Salagou is not far away with its red ruffles with beautiful contrasts. -you. The backdrop has changed, the Seranne stretches out fully as you walk through the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac . The stage in St Guilhem le Désert immerses you in a beautiful medieval atmosphere.Once you have crossed the Hérault river, all you have to do is continue towards the Cévennes foothills… the Pic St Loup is yours!
