A place dedicated to wine and terroir, in the heart of Roquebrun. Our wine bar and cellar offers 80 carefully selected wines from the Languedoc region, promoting local winemakers and winegrowers? the majority of bottles come from within a 20 km radius. Most of our wines are available by the glass, allowing you to discover them and pair them perfectly with your meal. Home cooking, local produce. We work 95% with fresh produce, favoring local producers and limiting the use of frozen foods; there are no microwaves in the kitchen. The menu combines tapas (see menu), “classic” dishes such as entrecôte charolaise en tataki, magret de canard à la plancha or huevos rotos, and seasonal suggestions to share: baked camembert, homemade tartiflette, raclette au lait cru, hot Mont d?Or.
