“Tuga” takes four of the letters from Portugal, home of Luana Ferreira, her husband Luis, and Emilce, her mother, who is in the kitchen. A family business. The room, in length, leads to an open kitchen. Brazilian music sets the mood and the big views of Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon set the tone. Luana at the service, all smiles with her charming accent, assures us that we are going to eat Portuguese and Brazilian specialties based on cod, fish, fried octopus and even a cassoulet from Brazil!
