The Subvers reinvents the burger with a bistronomic twist, using local, short-supply-chain, and organic products. The bread is kneaded on-site with local flour from the Moulin de La Borie. Everything here is homemade, from drinks to desserts. A gourmet and passionate cuisine. A menu that pleases all ages, adapting to tastes and the seasons. In the heart of old Florac, inside or on the terrace, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, come and discover the unique experience and taste of The Subvers.
