About
Philippe Raynal, who was born in the Lot and who has a diploma from the catering school in Souillac, is in charge in the kitchen. After several years spent learning his trade in the kitchens of great restaurants, he now leads a team who are all very attached to genuine local produce, of which there is no shortage here.
