The Roissy Hotel has its own restaurant “Le Carrousel” located opposite the St Joseph’s door entrance to the Sanctuary.
It is a bright restaurant open to the outside thanks to its glass rotunda. It was renovated in 2018. The restaurant is air-conditioned and accessible by elevator for people with reduced mobility. Le Carrousel offers varied lunch and dinner menus and a hot and cold buffet breakfast. The menu is varied with fresh and regional products, gluten-free menu. .
