The Truite Dorée is a family-run business which has been welcoming its customers for 5 generations. This hotel and catering dynasty started with a small posting house in 1888 which was turned into a hotel-restaurant and bar. The son of the house studied at catering college…his great aunt “Mamé” was proud of the youngster and, at his side, taught him her best recipes and tricks of the trade which she herself had learned from her mother… Come and try our genuine, honest cuisine in a charming setting. Evelyne and Patrick Marcenac, and all their pleasant, competent staff who are always attentive to your needs, are ready to offer you a warm welcome.
