Facing the dry pond of Montady, at the foot of the Saracen tower, the restaurant de la Tour is one of the most important addresses in Montady. In a beautiful room, or on the terrace, where you can enjoy a quality cuisine, traditional, varying with the seasons, made by Tony Mattu the chef and Stéphane Galinier … the whole village and the inhabitants of the surroundings meet. In the cellar, the best bottles of the region are just waiting for your agreement to be invited to your table. The bar area is separated from the cozy dining room where the tables are well laid out and where the mural reminds us that we are facing the pond.
