Seduced by the village’s environment and gentle way of life, the new managers give pride of place to fresh produce from short distribution channels, in partnership with Ariege and Aude producers. The menu is complemented by daily suggestions, guaranteeing a variety of seasonal products and adapted to all tastes: meat lovers, vegetarians or vegans.

A convivial meeting place, this restaurant is ideal for sharing a good meal. When the weather’s fine, sit out on the large terrace and enjoy a moment in the open air, overlooking the Pyrenees.
