A “handmade” kitchen. Bruno revives the old sewing workshop of his grandfather. Local products and original dishes with exceptional flavors.
Traditional cuisine with great care and attention to detail. We work mainly with fresh and local products, according to the seasons. The lamb of the Toy Country, the Trout of the Pyrenees, the Tarbais Beans, the Black Pork of Bigorre… .
Created in July 2015, one thing leading to another, the restaurant recalls the history of the former family sewing workshop.
