Cellar of Sale : Showcase of the Faugères appellation, representing 160 vintages from independent winegrowers + about thirty references from other Languedoc appellations – Roussillon & wines are selected in order to put forward the domains and to be able to let the customers taste them. Shellfish: Bouzigues oysters, mussels, shrimp, crab. Platter on request or to be tasted on the spot. Wide choice, sushi on request under reservation. Wine bar / Tapas bar: Wines of the week, plate to share, wide choice of tapas, organic and regional products. Chef Sharon, originally from the Philippines, adds her own personal touch to her dishes, which makes them original and unique.
