Maison Jullian is a restaurant, tea room and guest house ideally located opposite the Canal du Midi. A carefully renovated late 19th-century folly with adjoining park. Maison Jullian welcomes you for lunch and tea-time with a French-English accent.

Behind the gates of this late XIXᵉ folly, Maison Jullian reveals itself as a well-kept secret.
Bordered by the Canal du Midi, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Béziers, this small château offers the discreet luxury of “country in the city”.
Here, time slows down.
In the restaurant, chef/owner Charles Teboul sublimates the seasons with refined, sincere locavore cuisine, blending tradition and modernity.
Maison Jullian welcomes you for breakfast, lunch, French-English tea-time and Sunday brunch.
Meals are served either in the neo-Moorish salon or, in fine weather, in the English-style park, in a rural setting.
On the guest house side, the elegantly decorated rooms open onto the park and the tranquility of the canal.
