Respect for flavors is the credo of Chef Richard Juste, in duo with his partner Sabrina Delcros, a new adventure begins. The setting is set, no fuss, we go to the essential, respect for the producer, the fruit of his work, seasonality, a sincere, tasty cuisine and respect for the customer. After having run the restaurant L’Idée Saveurs for 8 years with regularity and brilliance, here we are again for a new challenge. A more spacious place, more comfortable, a nice garden to welcome with the same desire our dear customers. Welcome to Mahé.
