In July and August, Panorama le Saltadou invites you to dine on its shaded terrace while enjoying the view. A selection of platters is available, showcasing charcuterie and sheep’s cheese from the Causse Méjean region, as well as the house specialty, Pounti (a mixture of chard, onions, and parsley with sausage meat and prunes). For dessert, enjoy verrines of fromage blanc topped with honey or the owners’ homemade jams. If you’d like an aperitif, you can choose between Catagène, a local aperitif made with grape must from a winemaker in the Tarn Gorges, or a chestnut kir (white wine from our winemaker and chestnut liqueur from the Cévennes). The terrace is also perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink or ice cream, as well as a good coffee or other hot beverage. Panorama le Saltadou is open to everyone, free of charge.
