Le Roll, in Les Carmes, serves artisanal filled brioches, bowls and homemade desserts in a hidden basement room featuring swings. We source our produce directly from local artisans and producers in Toulouse and the South-West: brioches from The Bakery Corner, Aubrac beef from Maison Phénicie, trout from the Pyrenees, and eggs from Produit sur son 31.

In the afternoon, the venue turns into a tea room. Vegetarian options available, and vegan options on request. Catering for weddings, events and corporate functions.
