Located in a charming outbuilding on the property, our restaurant invites you to enjoy an authentic and warm culinary experience. Here, you can savor a variety of homemade dishes, carefully prepared to delight your taste buds, paired with thoughtfully selected wines and exquisite cheeses for the perfect dining experience.
Our home, dating back to 1830 and located in the former subprefecture of Lavaur, exudes authenticity and old-world charm. Rated 4 stars, it offers an elegant and welcoming setting with 5 rooms that can accommodate up to 15 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends.
To help you make the most of your getaway, L’Inattendu features a beautiful wooded garden, a shaded terrace, and outdoor seating where you can relax in complete tranquility. Unwind by our outdoor pool or enjoy a convivial moment at the bar. A dedicated meeting room is also available for your gatherings or events.
In the early evening, you can also come and unwind with a drink in the lounge or the garden for a cozy time with friends or as a couple. Throughout the year, we occasionally host concerts and events.
Coming soon in June, L’Inattendu will also become a tea room, and starting this summer, you’ll be able to enjoy our ice cream as well.
