Le café Le Central est à la fois un bar et un restaurant, il se veut un lieu de vie et de rencontre au cœur du village.

This historic café on the Place de la République in Caraman is open every lunchtime and in the evening by reservation only. A variety of brasserie-style dishes are on offer, including grills, salads and desserts.

In addition to the lunchtime service, Le Central café – which has a licence IV – also offers charcuterie and cheese boards. And when it comes to preparing its menu, the café relies on 100% local sourcing, which means that local tradespeople can be put to work. Vegetarian alternative on request.

With 40 covers and an air-conditioned dining room, Le Central is open for lunch and dinner, and offers broadcasts of major sporting events and occasional concerts. Theme evenings and concerts are organised in summer.
A terrace in front of the café hosts themed evenings and concerts in summer.

If you are looking for a place to celebrate a private event (birthday, evening with colleagues, etc.), it is possible to privatise the restaurant for groups of 20 people or more. Prices on request and booking required.

Restaurant open every day in summer, from June to September. In winter, the restaurant is open for lunch every day (except Monday) and for dinner from Thursday to Saturday evening.
