For over 30 years now, Florence and Laurent have welcomed guests to their farm inn. Come and savor the authentic taste of local produce and regional specialties made with ingredients from their farm (or from local farmers). Our menus are created according to the seasons; we are committed to respecting the natural cycle of the produce. We cultivate our vegetables using modern but natural methods, just as our grandparents did. The interior is traditional, featuring a fireplace, a vegetable garden, and a traditional stone patio. The architecture is typical of the Mont-Lozère region, built of granite and chestnut wood. We offer a wide selection of wines. Our gourmet menu showcases Cévennes specialties in a refined way, using local produce, including vegetables from our own garden. Specialties include: puff pastry with rillettes, chard and zucchini fritters, traditional potatoes, and homemade desserts such as cake, Cévennes crêpes, blueberry tart, and chestnut fondant.
