Nicolas Brard, in love with a cuisine based on fresh products, asked Chef Patrice Gelbart to create his menu… by the lake!

Crowned “Jeunes Talents Gault & Millau” in 2009, the chef Patrice Gelbart will strive to offer you a generous cuisine made from local and organic products. He is inspired by the “Slow Food” movement.

You will be able to enjoy beautiful and copious plates in a bright room with a modern, neat decoration and heated by a fireplace. Do you prefer the great outdoors? The terrace overlooking the lake of Saint-Ferréol is a great place to relax, and those with a cold may ask to eat with a blanket on their knees.
