Domaine de Panéry, a chic rural gourmet address just 10 minutes from Uzès, offers quality Mediterranean-inspired cuisine featuring local produce from short circuits and seasonal Gard produce.
A gourmet journey in a peaceful setting between vineyards and olive groves.
Located in the commune of Pouzilhac, Domaine de Panéry, a former bread farm and vineyard since the end of the 19th century, now offers olive oils thanks to its plantation of over 100 hectares of olive trees.
The Domaine has developed its reception capacity for corporate and private events. The fully renovated Longère offers a dozen rooms, a restaurant, a seminar room and an art gallery.
