Brigitte and Laurent BALAT are happy to welcome you to their restaurant with its refined cuisine, prepared with fresh products. After various experiences in France and abroad in different types of establishments as well as after 10 years spent at the restaurant Le Provençal in Pont de Claix in Isère, they have since April 2015, opened La Table de Florensac.The cuisine is inspired by the moment and the market products, elaborated on traditional bases updated but also on creative and original bases.
